are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes! All of my posts stainless steel, and the hoops I use are raw brass. Polymer clay is also super lightweight, and even those who cannot handle much weight on their ears have been completely comfortable in even the largest statement studs!

what are your earrings made out of?

All of my earrings are made completely out of polymer clay. Some earrings will be dusted with powdered pigments or coated in glitter, but these pieces are always sealed with resin.

how do i clean my earrings?

Polymer clay may attract some loose foundation or other debris, so if you are looking to polish up your pieces, just swab them gently with some rubbing alcohol, makeup remover, or nail polish remover, and they will be good as new!

what about returns or refunds?

Please note that all of my earrings are handmade and may have minor imperfections. Each piece is hand cut, sculpted, baked, sanded, polished, drilled, then packaged by me. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and I would be happy to exchange your pair for a new pair! The buyer is responsible for any return costs.

After I have shipped your new earrings with USPS and provided you with tracking information, I cannot be held liable for any shipping issues from their end. I will not be able to provide refunds for any issues under this basis.

I am not liable to replace any earrings that break after they are in your hands. While polymer clay is quite sturdy, it still requires some extra care. If your item is damaged when it arrives, please email me at gallivantgoods@gmail.com and I would be happy to work with you.
